Description (partial)

Symptom:
invalid agent state appearing when CAD closed during ICD call


Conditions:
1. agent 1 handling one ICD call.
2. while the call is active he closed the CAD.
3. then the call is ended immediately afetr the CAD is closed.

in agent state detail report there is a READY state appearing in between talking and log off state. this state is invalid as when agent log off (closed the CAD) agent is in TAKING state.
