Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Upgrade of single server EIM 4.2.5 with SQL 2K5 Enterprise edition to a distributed CIM 4.3.1 fails with a pop-up stating "Failed to update Reports Database". Conditions: When EIM 4.2.5 with SQL 2K5 Enterprise edition is upgraded rto CIM 4.3.1.
