Symptom: Config-sync failure occurred during RP booting, and there are some mismatch configurations between Active RP and Standby RP. --- Active RP --- %ISSU-3-INCOMPATIBLE_PEER_UID: Setting image (PPC_LINUX_IOSD-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), version (12.2(33)XNC0d) on peer uid (48) as incompatible Config Sync: Bulk-sync failure due to Servicing Incompatibility.
