Description (partial)

A DPP crash is observed immediately after the DPP recovers from a previous DPP crash.

If the DPP crashes due to any reason, and is restarted, it can crash again because of receiving a frame from the control path that it had no context for. This may also cause the previous DPP core files to get overwritten by the new core files, causing further problems.
