Description (partial)

Symptom:

CAR is missing to provide reports for Call Abandoned and Failed calls.

Conditions:

There was an enhancement in CDRs to introduce 2 new fields in Grayback - HuntPilotDn and HuntPilotPartition. And the enhancement in CAR was based on the HuntPilotDn field.
 
As per the document, the requirement for CDRs was to populate these columns for CAR reporting. But  this column will update the Hunt Pilot DN field in CDR only when the Call gets Answered so right not we can see these field goes blank for abandoned or failed calls thus CAR report shows zero for the same.

As a workaround from CAR end to cover up whatever been missed from call processing, If at least origcalledpartynumber contains huntpilotdn for abandoned or failed calls, then they can alter their query accordingly.
