Symptom:

CSAgent update does not succeed if  the remote agent cannot connect to the CSA MC on TCP port 80.

Conditions:

An update is available for a remote CSAgent and security devices located between the CSA MC and the remote agent do not allow TCP port 80 destined to the CSA MC.
