Description (partial)

Symptom:
Frame-Relay fragmentation continues after map-class with fragmentation has been removed from DLCI, all traffic is subject to FRF.12. The L2 headers leaving SIP-200 are 0x184103B1 C6E60800, instead of 0x18410800.

Conditions:
Frame-Relay fragmentation configured under DLCI at channelized SPA, and corresponding map-class was removed, for example SPA-8XCHT1/E1 at SIP-200.
