Symptom: When using the User/Phone Add function the resulting user looks fine and appears to work fine in call manager, but the user does not appear as an available user to import into Unity Connection. Conditions: This behavior is only seen on Business Edition systems because the option to add the unity association does not appear on non-BE CUCM systems.
