Symptom:

CLI shows improper message when user tries to check L2 upgrade status

L2 upgrade is initiated via OS Administration Install/Upgrade option. While L2 upgrade is in process, in Command Line Interface, if an end user tries to run the "utils system upgrade status" to see the upgrade status, the following improper message is shown
 
"The current upgrade status is set to Installing but no upgrade process was detected. This can occur when the Cisco Unified Communications OS Platform CLI window is closed before the upgrade command has completed. Please review the upgrade logs and verify the previous upgrade has completed. Once verified, run the upgrade cancel command to reset the upgrade status."

Checking status of L2 Upgrade via Command line interface when L2 upgrade is in progress,
