Symptom:

The scmcollsvr process, which runs on SSC, dumps core while collecting stats file using TFTP. The dump occurs because the TFTP socket fails; libtftp throws the error: Unknown system error.

Conditions:

Scmcollsvr process running in SSC dumps cores while collecting the stats file via tftp. The dump occurs when TFTP socket fails and libtftp throws "unknown system error"
