Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified E-Mail Interaction Manager

Known Affected Releases

4.3(1)ES 4.3(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
hanging ECC variables caused EIM/WIM to crash
Conditions:
EIM/WIM Integration requires four ECC variables to be created in ICM. The ECC variables must be named 1) user.activity.id 2) user.wim.customer.name 3) user.cisco.cmb 4) user.cisco.cmb.callclass. Depending on which variable has an error,EIM/WIM will not be able to route emails, chat or Blended Collaboration. The MR PG will go active but EIM/WIM will not be able to route activities.

If any of these four ECC variable is changed in ICM after the EIM/WIM Integration Wizard has been run, the MR PG will not go active and EIM/WIM will not be able to route any activities
