Description (partial)

Noticing audio quality issue with 4.0 DMS (IPPE) over PSTN wherein the server plays back lot of white noise whenever it plays out the IVR prompts.

The topology looks something like:

PSTN user -> PSTN GW -> (via PRI) -> CUCM1 -> (via H323 trunk) -> CUCM2 -> (via SIP trunk) -> IPPE.

This works absolutely fine for IPICS 2.2. However when I point the SIP trunk from CUCM2 to a 4.0 server I start hearing this noise whenever the IVR prompts are getting played.

If I take out CUCM2 out of the picture, it works for ipics 4.0. The topology in this case looks something like:

PSTN user -> PSTN GW -> (via PRI) -> CUCM1 -> (via SIP trunk) -> IPPE

IPICS 2.2(1) - IPICS 4.5(1)
