Description (partial)

Symptom:

Router asserts with a Router Log similar to the following, after a Skill Group is deleted from the Skill Group Explorer Tool, through Configuration Manager:- 

11:42:23:701 ra-rtr Fail: Assertion failed: refCount == 0.  File: .\Configup.cpp.  Line 8453 
11:42:23:733 ra-rtr Trace: CExceptionHandlerEx::GenerateMiniDump -- A Mini Dump File is available at logfiles\router.exe_20091123114223701.mdmp 
11:42:24:014 ra-rtr Unhandled Exception: Exception code: 80000003 BREAKPOINT

Conditions:

This is specific to a scenario where the Skill Group being deleted, has Agents configured for it, in Skill Group Explorer, and the same Agents are also logged in, at the time of Deletion.
