1) At 757627 usecs after Fri Nov 13 03:53:29 2009
Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
    Service: dcbx hap reset
    Version: 4.1(3)N1(1)

Conditions:

Interfaces with "no lldp transmit" configured with downstream devices that typically negotiate DCBX e.g. Gen1, Gen2 CNAs, other N5ks will result in the N5k accumulating memory allocated to packets in an incomplete DCBX negotiations as it cannot transmit the lldp/dcbx packet back to the downstream device.
