Description (partial)

Call sent to survey after agent handling is hitting the end of the call flow in the script
and the release node causes the call to drop all legs in ICM and all messaging is sent.
VB seems to delay the call hangup on the gateway side and the caller is not dropped.

When the caller hangs up only then is the TCD written which is how this was discovered

CVP 7.0(2) ES2 only (H323 with GK)
ICM 7.2(7)
CCM 6.1.3-3205
Cisco IOS Software, 3800 Software (C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T8,

PSTN Mobile caller calls 8218499
This is stripped and 8499 maps to CVP
ICM runs the main script and call is queued for agent
Agent transfer happens and caller and agent are talking
Agent hangs up and call is transferred to DNIS 8211111 for post call survey
Survey script ends after CED is entered and release node is hit
Caller is not dropped
Customer call can be held for up to 1 minute and it still does not drop.
