Description (partial)

If a new 'channel-group' number is configured on a physical interface that
already has a service-policy applied, the below error will be displayed:

N7k(config)# int e1/1
N7k(config-if)# service-policy type queuing output 10G-qing-out
N7k(config-if)# channel-group 1 mode on
command failed: port not compatible [port egress queuing policy]

This may be seen in the below config sequence scenario:

1. Initially configure 'channel-group 1' on E1/1-2

2. E1/1-2 is then configured with an egress queueing service-policy,
which as expected, will copy the service-policy to E1/1-8 and Po1.

3. Next, 'channel-group 2' is configured on E1/3-4, and the configuration
fails with the error 'port not compatible [port egress queuing policy]'.
This fails because E1/3-4 already has a service-policy configured from
   step 2,
