Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customer cannot bulk edit alternate extensions or other non Call Manager specific attributes using BAT tool in UC. UC only allows the option to edit System Contacts using BAT Conditions: There are certain situations where a customer needs to add multiple changes to multiple UC users that cannot be done in Call Manager. For example, if the customer wants to give all of his users Alternate Extensions he cannot do this using BAT or in Call Manager.
