Symptom: Internet Script Editor (ISE) Client Users unable to Add / Import or Delete Custom Functions after logging in through ISE Client, even though they have Maintenance Level Access configured. The 'Add', 'Import' and 'Delete' buttons in the 'Custom Functions' Dialog Box, (accessed by clicking on 'Script' -> 'Custom Functions' in Internet Script Editor), is disabled. Conditions: This happens only with the ISE users on the ICM System having a Paritioned Database.
