Last Modified

Feb 22, 2014

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:

When you

1. configure the domain by issuing the command "set network domain exampledomain.local"
-> this will reboot the node
2. generate a tomcat CSR
3. Verify the CSR (from root)
-> "openssl req -noout -in /usr/local/platform/.security/tomcat/keys/tomcat.csr -text"

=> you will notice that the CN Field only contains the hostname and not the FQDN as configured.

Conditions:

Verified on 6.1.4.1211-1
(issue not seen in 6.1.3.2000-1)
