stuck tone played when using VVM

Reproduce Steps:
After signed in VVM, choose Options -> Go to Audio Voicemail Setup, then press Go. Phone called the VVM pilot number and setup a connection with unity. Now press '#' on phone. You will hear the stuck tone.
