Cisco Bug: CSCtd34685 - NAM "config clear" should not remove reports
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco Prime Network Analysis Module Software
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Currently, the behavior of "config clear" is that it will delete all historical reports and custom reports and templates. This is very bad for people who spend years to build those reports, and later to find out all the historical data is gone without warning (see CSCtd34646). The default behavior of "config clear" should be changed. It should leave existing reports as is instead of deleting them all. For people who do want to delete all the reports, another option should be added: config clear reports Conditions: This affects most versions of NAMs.
