Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Prime Network Analysis Module Software

Known Affected Releases

4.0(1) 4.1(1)

Description (partial)

Running a "config clear" from the NAM's CLI, this is what one would see:

root@localhost.localdomain# config clear
This operation will reset the NAM configuration (including
disabling the web server). It leaves intact the basic NAM
IP connectivity parameters such as IP address.

This operation will also reboot the NAM to allow the changes
to take effect.

Do you wish to continue? (y/n) [n]:

There is no warning in terms of the reports and all the customized report templates that are about to be lost.

The warning message should state the fact that all historical reports and custom report templates will be deleted.

This has been observed in NAM 4.0(1) and 4.1(1). Some older NAM versions may not be affected.
