Description (partial)

Symptom:
Ping and sweep ping, with greater than 8k size fails on a PRP2 having Chopper FPGA version V96.

Conditions:
Ping or sweep piing fails only if the data size is greater than 8k.
It fails on a PRP2 having a Chopper version V96.
Ping with 8k size passes on a PRP2 with V95 Chopper FPGA version.
Issue is applicable only on a PRP2 card with V96 chopper version.

Chopper FPGA version is got using the following cli,
admin> show controllers fabricq reg

Chopper Registers:

FPGA Version                            00020095 ----> Means V95

FPGA Version                            00020096 ---->means V96
