Title: Status bar in Call History page shows "Loading search result..Will take some time .Please wait."

IE 6.0 used to launch the CER GUI pages.

1. L2 upgrade from CER 204 to CER 703 to CER 7.1 to CER 8.0.
2. Make some 911 calls and acknowledge the calls from Web alert page.
3. Check if the acknowledged calls list displays in call history page.

Actual Result:
Call History page displays with "Loading search result...Will take some time .Please wait."
