Description (partial)

ASA sends multicast SNAP frame to update switch's MAC address table when failover occurs or redundant interface switchover occurs in transparent mode. In this scenario, when "management-only" is configured on interface, ASA sends SNAP frames which contain source MAC address learned on the management-only interface.
