Description (partial)

A Cisco IP phone running SIP software load 8.5(3), registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, may get into a stuck state if another phone calls the SIP phone and hangs up before the SIP phone answers. When this happens the phone display will get "stuck" showing the inbound call even though the call has already disconnected.

This was seen on a 7942 running SIP software version 8.5(3) when registered to CUCME as a SIP phone.

SCCP phones running the same version are not affected.
