Description (partial)

Symptom:

After CUCM is installed, the time zone configured
for the CUCM server does not match what was set
in the DMA answer file.

Conditions:

1) This issues looks to affect DMA 6.1(3) and 6.1(4) only
2) Users must be using the DMA Answer File Generator (AFG) and specifying a non-default time zone in the answer file
