Symptom:
Screen Pagination is incorrectly set after connecting to the Platform CLI via the Serial Console.

Conditions:
After connecting to the Platform CLI via Serial Console when trying to view files or using the built in syntax completion via ? key only a few lines are shown and then the user is asked to proceed or not.

Press <enter> for 1 line, <space> for one page, or <q> to quit
