Cisco Bug: CSCtd30975 - Default dhcp configs should not be pushed to VSD and VSM control ports
Jan 24, 2011
- Cisco Nexus 1000V Switch for VMware vSphere
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The VSD SVM and VSM control ports go to error disabled state if the DHCPS/DAI rate limits are reached. This is because altho SVM ports as well as VSM control ports are treated as trusted ports, the rate limits are still enforced on these ports. Unless otherwise configured, the default rates will get applied to these ports as well. Conditions: Add a VSD SVM port to DVS. Verify using "Show running-config dhcp all"
