Symptom:
====================
802.1x setting and session timeout are not resotred correctly when once you had changed the wlan setting to WPA-PSK.

-- How to recreate this issue

  1) initial setup
  2) wlan setting is here

(Cisco Controller) >show wlan 1
Session Timeout.................................. 1800 seconds
      Auth Key Management
         802.1x.................................. Enabled
         PSK..................................... Disabled

  3) change wlan setting to WPA-PSK
  4) change wlan setting to 802.1x 

Session Timeout.................................. 1800 seconds
      Auth Key Management
         802.1x.................................. Enabled
         PSK..................................... Disabled

  5) upload config to TFTP server
  6) download backup configuration file to the WLC, then it restart
  7) after restart, security setting is changed to WPA-PSK and session timeout is changed to Infinity

Session Timeout.................................. Infinity
      Auth Key Management
         802.1x.................................. Disabled
         PSK..................................... Enabled
