Description (partial)

The N1k has 16 VEM runing on UCS blade servers, each of the VEM has 2 physical NICs, configured in vPC host mode.

With all 16 VEM online and connected to the VSM, if the VSM is rebooted, a lot of time at least one VEM will have the vPC-HM port-channel interface stuck in down state as both member links are stuck in down (Link not connected) state. The following syslog messages are observered:
