Symptom: Part of production test for Fan Controller is to send command to set different speeds to fan on both fan trays. With 18.104.22.168I, when command is sent out to set up speed for fans, we have an error message comes back Conditions: normal condition, FullQ chassis with RP,2 fan controller,fabric cards, and 2 fan trays. After attach to the node, when command is sent out, "ERROR OCCURRED" message is received.
