Symptom: Avaya agents are not able to login from ctios desktop. When PIM processes the CMS Agent login record, AgentID is set as -1 in PIM. As a result of which agent state updates are not sent to OPC. Conditions: ICM 7.5(6) The above behaviour is observed due to an agent with ID -1 which exists in PIM's agent config hash table.
