Exception error is thrown in event log every time a message is sent from Unity.

We found that the trigger is that any time we enter the
H:\views\CUESB3_view\un_Core2\ConversationEng\AvStateSvr\AvSMsgSend.cpp
function, we throw the exception.

Voice messages delivered to unified messaging subscribers' mailboxes may have a subject header which lacks the caller's extension. The settings in the message "subject line formats" field in the system configuration page of Unity Web SA are not honored.

Conditions:

Unity 7 ES21 but may be present in previous ES releases
