Description (partial)

Symptom:

diskmonitor.SoftLimit does not stop diskmonitor from deleting files.

Default settings:
diskmonitor.Limit = 7
diskmonitor.Threshold = 80
diskmonitor.SoftLimit = false
diskmonitor.PreserveCDRs = false

diskmonitor.SoftLimit—Specifies the action to be taken once the number of days threshold set in the diskmonitor.Limit parameter is reached.
- If diskmonitor.SoftLimit has been set to false, raise a disk alarm.
- If diskMonitor.SoftLimit has been set to true, then diskmonitor should keep on removing files until below threshold or no more files older than 1 days left.

Also, to preserve CDR's diskmonitor.PreserveCDRs should be set to TRUE. The use of this parameter should be updated in the documentation.
