Description (partial)

Upgrade completes, but an error message appears.

After upgrade completes, you may get the following error message:

"An error occurred and product update failed. Look at the log file <install.log file path> for details."

If you get this error message, you should look in the install.log file.
In the install.log file, look for the following error message:

"ProductException: (error code = 601; message="err"; additional data = [Could not move directory with FileService : ServiceException: (error code = -30020; message = "The directory is not empty.
(145)"; severity = 0)])"

If the install.log file contains only this message, there are no issues (ignore the error message).
