Symptom:
Gateway or Mediadevice Reg or Unreg alarm improvement
Conditions:
Currently the RTMT alerts will gives the alert which specify the how many gateway or media devices getting registered 0r un-registered.  But in the alerts we are not able to see the 
gateway or media device name. For that we need to login to cucm. If the alert specify the gateway or mediadevice name then it will be useful for the enduser to debug the issue.

Current monitored precanned object has increased by 1
The alert is generated on Fri Nov 13 08:12:13 CET 2009 on cluster StandAloneCluster.

Number of registered gateways decreased in consecutive polls.
Current monitored precanned object has decreased by 1
The alert is generated on Fri Nov 13 08:11:13 CET 2009 on cluster StandAloneCluster.

Alerts For Media Devices:
