Description (partial)

Symptom:
 When configuring a named MPLS Traffic Engineering destination list the
following traceback message will appear if the name supplied is an invalid
character.
 
 %UTIL-3-TREE: Data structure error--attempt to reference an uninitialized wavl
tree
 
 Conditions:
 When the user enters an invalid string such as " as the name of the
destination list as shown in the following example:
 p2mp-1(config)#mpls traf dest list name "
 Warning: Assumed end-quote for quoted string
 Error: Unable to create dlist, 0 
 p2mp-1(config)#
 *Feb 17 18:40:26.832: %UTIL-3-TREE: Data structure error--attempt to reference
an uninitialized wavl tree
