Description (partial)

1. Make the call volume set to 0.
2. create a Rx session on PhoneA using: RTPRx:A.B.C.D:20480:100, where A.B.C.D is IP of PhoneB, and 100 is the volume % to be set.
3. Create a Tx session on PhoneB using: RTPTx:A.B.C.D:20480, Where A.B.C.D is IP of PhoneA.
4. It can be seen that still the volume of Phone B is still 0. And at this point, user can't change the volume of speaker.
