Description (partial)

After "rpios" upgraded and when "redudancy force-switchover" is executed, FP reloads.

Upgrade only "rpios" with following command.
Router#request platform software package install rp 0 file bootflash:asr1000rp1-rpios-advipservicesk9. force 

...and after they executed "redundancy force-switchover", FP reloaded.
