Symptom: A multicast traffic stream may be switched over from the default Multicast Distribution Tree (MDT) to the Data MDT when the actual data rate of the stream is 10 to 15 percent less than the configured switchover threshold. Conditions: 1) An MDT data group has been configured for a multicast Virtual Private Network (mVPN) with the following command: mdt data <I>mdt-group-address/mask</I> [threshold <I>threshold-value</I>][<I>acl-name</I>] 2) A multicast stream which matches the <I>mdt-group-address/mask</I> specified is being forwarded at a rate 10 to 15 percent below the <I>threshold</I> value specified.
