Description (partial)

A multicast traffic stream may be switched over from the default Multicast

stream is 10 to 15 percent less than the configured switchover threshold.

1) An MDT data group has been configured for a multicast Virtual Private
Network (mVPN) with the following command:

mdt data mdt-group-address/mask [threshold threshold-value][acl-name]

2) A multicast stream which matches the mdt-group-address/mask specified
is being forwarded at a rate 10 to 15 percent below the threshold value
