Cisco Bug: CSCtd14786 - CCM Core on sub trying to establish odbc connection to the pub

Last Modified

Jul 07, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

6.1(2.1139.3)

Description (partial)

Symptom:

The dbl code in ccm threw an exception and the exception was not handled and went to the OS. The OS then terminated the ccm application.

Conditions:
The root cause of the core is that we were looking up a station profile in ccm running on a sub and we could not establish an odbc connection to the pub database since the pub database was out of memory.
