Description (partial)

Symptom:
When RoundTable phone that is registered to a CUCM 7.1.3 initiates a transfer to a different endpoint and completes the transfer after the endpoint answers the call, the transfer does not go through successfully and eventually the transfer call leg is disconnected

Conditions:

Roundtable registered with CUCM 7.1.3x version.
