Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using the command 'ip cef accounting per-prefix non-recursive' causes any PBR acl entries to be hw-bridged to the RP.
Similarly using 'ipv6 cef accounting per-prefix' would causes ipv6 PBR acl entries to be hw-bridged to the RP
Conditions:
Above condition is seen on catalyst 6500 series switches with 'ip cef accounting per-prefix non-recursive' is configured.
Affects Sup720, Sup32 based switches running releases 12.2(33)SXH, 12.2(33)SXI. Fixed in 12.2(33)SXI4
Affects Sup2T platforms running 12.2(50)SY, 15.0(0)SY. Will be fixed in 15.1(01)SY
