Symptom:

GMT+X timezones are being applied in the opposite fashion in ACS 5.x.

Conditions:

The GMT+X timezones are being applied in the opposite fashion in ACS 5.x.

Example:
- The time is 10am GMT+0 (sync'd via NTP).
- If we configure the timezone on ACS to Etc/GMT-1, the clock changes to 11am.
- If we configure the timezone on ACS to Etc/GMT+1, the clock changes to 9am.
