Description (partial)

Able to schedule even if the script is not selected in enabled script window.

Double click on routing script tab page without selecting script.
Steps to reproduce:
1)     Launch Script Editor
2)     Select "Enabled scripts" under "Script" in menu bar
3)     "Enabled scripts" window will open
4)     Navigate to "Routing scripts" tab
5)     Double click on the routing script page without selecting any script

Expected Result:
After step 5, should not be able to schedule the script unless one has selected a script.

Observed Result: 
After step 5, call type manager window opens and one is now able to schedule the script without selecting any script on the enabled script window.
