Description (partial)

Symptom:

Chat/Blended Collaboration customers do not get dynamic data (e.g. wait time) displayed on the customer web form. 

Conditions:

DRASR (Dynamic run application script) is configured in CIM and ICM script.
This is seen intermittently and does not happen every time.   The customer and agent session is otherwise unaffected.
