Description (partial)

Symptom:

 IF Switch Version of Unified CCX fails then there is no call center operational on the existing version. The problem is because of stopping a service while performing a switch version and not the starting the same in the event of switch-version failure. The workaround is to start this service. 


Conditions: 

Login to OS Admin page and click -- Settings -- Version -- Switch Version. or From CLI command  "utils version switch-version". Note the problem occurs only in case the said command fail to work.
