CAD Agent stuck in Talking state after 2-3 minutes of Call duration.

Conditions:
CAD Agent in Talking state after 2-3 minutes of Call duration.

CCX- 701SR3->Sr4->SR4ES04 ->Sr5

Surprisingly, on setting debug logs for Jtapi, this consistent issue on my setup did not re-occur.
