Description (partial)

Symptom:
No voice when call from RT phone makes SpeechConnect Call. Video is fine.
Conditions:
RT phone makes video call over H.323 ICT to SpeechConnect and SpeechConnect connects the call to another RT phone over H.323 ICT.
